From the LaFollette Press 11 Nov 2004 Wilma Darlene Lambdin, age 58 of Clairfield Dennis Ray May, Sr., age 66 of 145 Rock Creek Ridge Road, Clairfield Wilma Darlene Lambdin, age 58 of Clairfield died Nov. 6 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Knoxville. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Crawford and husband, Jimmy of Clairfield, Tammy Corbin of Goshen, Ind., Michael Head and husband, Jason of Jellico; son, Johnny Webb and wife, Betty of Bristol; grandchildren, Keith Marlow, Kacey Marlow, both of Clairfield, Christopher Corbin of Goshen, Ind., Emily Webb, Lucas Webb, both of Bristol, Susan Head of Jellico, Abigail Webb of Bristol; brother, Michael W. Gibson of Speedwell; sister, Eva J. Brewer of Speedwell; half-brother, Willard Gibson of Baltimore, MD; half-sisters, Beatrice of OH and Mae of Baltimore, MD; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were Nov. 9 at the White Oak Church of God with Rev. Paul Cox officiating. Interment was in the Rogerston Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Dennis Ray May, Sr., age 66 of 145 Rock Creek Ridge Road, Clairfield died at his home on Nov. 5. He was born May 14, 1938 in Clairfield to the late Jim May and Mae Simpson May. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley Faye May and Lois Virginia Bray. He is survived by his wife, Landace Marie May of Clairfield; daughters, Teresa Ann Petrey and husband, Roger of Monroe, MI, Sandra Faye Barnes and husband, Damon of Monroe, MI, Cheryl Lynn VanEeckhoutte and husband, Gary of Monroe, MI, Michelle Renee Wagner of Monroe, MI; son, Dennis Ray May, Jr. and wife, Rochelle of Monroe, MI; step-son, Larry Rose, Jr. and wife, Stacey of Monroe, MI; brothers, James May and wife, Sue of Clairfield, Edward Lee May and wife, Gayle of Monroe, MI; sisters, Joyce Thomas and husband, Donnie of Clairfield; 12 grandchildren, three step grandchildren. Funeral services were Nov. 7 at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Orville Petrey, Rev. Jody Moore and Rev. Don King officiating. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery in Oliver Springs.
