Lonnie Cosby Jan. 17, 1933-Aug. 29, 2004 SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - Lonnie Cosby, 71, of Springfield, formerly of Monroe Township, died at 10:55 a.m. Sunday at Essex of Springfield. Friends may call from 3 until a memorial service at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Jones-Kenney-Zachman Funeral Home of Springfield. The Rev. James Baldwin will officiate. Born Jan. 17, 1933, in Tazewell, Tenn., he was the son of Ira and Ethel (Bradford) Cosby. He married Cora Eldridge. Surviving are his wife; a son, Terry (Anna) of Michigan; four daughters, Kimberlee (James) Curran of Columbus, Ohio and Linda Cosby, Vickie Lowrey and Rosemary Cosby, all of Michigan; a sister, Missouri Massengill of Atlanta, Ga., and six grandchildren. ********************** Addie Cleo Cole Aug. 2, 1905 - Sept. 3, 2004 Addie Cleo Cole, 99, of Monroe died Sept. 3 at Tendercare of Monroe. She had been ill for two months. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday at Bacarella Funeral Home, Monroe. She will lie in state from 9 a.m. Tuesday until 10 a.m. services at Monroe Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Roy Southerland, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Monroe. Born Aug. 2, 1905, in Tazewell, Tenn., she was the daughter of George W. and Cynthia (Bundon) Gray. She married George Camel Cole Jan. 31, 1926, in Claiborne County, Tenn. He died July 24, 1961. Surviving are three sons, Malcolm (Grace), George C. (Sandra), and Jerry A. (Helen), all of Monroe; a brother, Robert; and a sister, Annabelle Prewitt, both of Monroe; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
