Born June 22, 1943 in Bell County, Kentucky. She was of the Baptist faith and loved to sew. Preceded in death by her mother, Lilly Ray Harp; son, Michael Miracle, and husband, Jasper Miracle. Survivors, husband, Harold Mullins, Arthur; father, Elmer Harp,Speedwell; son, Timmy Miracle, Arthur; daughters, Beverly Glasco, Arthur, Janet (John) Collins, Harrogate, Sharon (Steve) Hunley, Speedwell; brothers, J.D. (Cleda) Harp, Speedwell, Junior (Hope) Harp, Harrogate, Wilburn (Billie Mae) Harp, Speedwell, David (Betty) Harp, LaFollette; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 13th, 2004 at the Chenoa Missionary Baptist Church with Revs. Raymond Albright, Johnny Brown and Terry Brock officiating. Burial in the Chenoa Cemetery in Frakes, Kentucky. Pallbearers-Jimmy Dale Harp, Leroy Harp, Johnny Carmack, David Miracle, James Harp, John Collins III, and Ray Zachrich.
