>From the Knoxville News Sentinel 18 Oct 2006 LYNCH, MRS. TRULA - age 82, of New Tazewell was born on May 2, 1924 and passed away on October 16, 2006. She was a longtime resident of Claiborne County, and a member of Little Barren Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her: parents: Lee and Lizzie (Humphries) Stokes; sisters: Gracie Walker, Arilla Parks, and twin sister Eula Beason; brothers: Everette, Felix, Earl, Clifford, and Luna Stokes. She is survived by her: huband of 61 years: Clayton Lynch; sons: Lawrence JR. Lynch of Kempner, TX, George Lynch of New Tazewell, TN; daughters: Judy Woody of New Tazewell, TN, Tommie Berry of Luttrell, TN, Brenda Runions of New Tazewell, TN, Charlotte Wright of New Tazewell, TN, Vickie Leach of New Tazewell, TN, Audrey Johnston of New Tazewell, TN; brother: Kenneth Stokes of Knoxville, TN; sisters: Annalee West of Dandridge, TN, Christine Buckner of Lenoir City, TN; 14 grandchildren, Jamie, Rex, Doug, Scott, Missy, Kim, Kierstun, Amanda, Kristie, Tom, Jackie, Lacy, Brittany, Danielle; 8 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM Thursday, October 19, 2006 at the Claiborne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday with the Rev. Jackie Day and Rev. Robert Simmons officiating. Music will be provided by David Painter. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery.
