I am searching for William's wife. The info I have idicates that William is the descendant of Jeremiah Savage and Margaret Hannah. I am a direct descendant from William's daughter Sarah Francis (Frankie) (1838-1914) and her husband Thomas O. Johnson (1829-1890). William died around 1852 in Union County and his Last Will & Testament states that his minor children Margaret, Phoebe, Thomas & James were entrusted to John Sharp as their guardian. Sarah Francis (Frankie) went to live with her aunt, Mary Polly Savage Houston who was married to Benjamin Houston. No wife is mentioned in the will so it is assumed she is deceased at this date. I got a copy of Frankie's death certificate which lists William Savage of Ireland as her father. There is no mother listed. This brick wall is making me crazy so if anyone has any info on William's wife, I would much appreciate it. The death certificate also indicates Frankie was buried on the Ike Shelby Farm in Sharps Chapel. Does anyone know where this little cemetery may be? Veronica Fox
