Think that would make me a third cousin, to you. Your grand mother, Sarah Day, was my great aunt. She was a sister to my grand father, William Patterson, Day. Can you tell me Whether or not, Colbert Day was related to The Ransom Day, Who was in the Revolutionary War? Also, do you know, if he was related to C, M, Day, who lived in Claiborne, then moved to Missouri and stayed for a few years, then, came bak to Tennessee? I would be very thankful to you if you can answer these questions for me. Earl Shiflet. My email address is, eshiflet6239.aol.com. Hi Earl, Good to find a cousin. Or should I say half-cousin as William Patterson Day was a half brother to my Grandmother, Sarah Elizabeth Day who married William Matthew Faulkner, my Grandfather. I too have wonered about Ransom Day but can find no connection to the Colbert Day Line. Still, though there could be and it just hasn't been found---Nicholas Day, Sr. had thousands of offspring as the following website will attest. http://www.calweb.com/~wally/darke/w-day1.htm Now as to a C.M. Day I am at a loss. Sorry REGARDS COUSIN EARL Warren Tyndale Faulkner
