Farmer A. Shepherd, 83, of New Tazewell, Tennessee, died Thursday, March 3, 2005 at home. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Vanover Shepherd; children, Kim and Mike Pace, Arnold and Sis Shepherd, Leona and Z.D. Baker, America and Junior Holbrooks, Arthur and Barb Shepherd, Aloza and Goldie Shepherd, Darkies and J.C. Crase, Alice and Freddie Campbell, Maudie Baker, Bob and Betty Combs, Evalee and Paul Vanover, Pearl D. and Norma Combs, Troy P. and Marilyn Combs, Mae Williams, David and Kathleen Combs; 1 brother, Arnold Shepherd; host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral was conducted Saturday, March 5, 2005 at Claiborne Funeral Home in New Tazewell, Tennessee with Rev. Eugene Baker officiating, burial in the Irish Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Claiborner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
