Clinch-Powell Enterprise Community Grant Deadline: March 31,2005 Special To The Progress The Clinch-Powell Enterprise Community has announced March 31, 2005 as the deadline for accepting grant proposals from Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organizations serving low-income census tracts in the five county region of Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, and Union Counties. These grant applications should address one or more of the focus areas identified by the public survey. These include Sustainable Economic Development, Education/Arts, Infrastructure, Basic Needs, Tourism, Quality Communities, and Conservation.
