Born July 19, 1919, in Tazewell, Tenn., he resided in Knoxville, Tenn., before moving to Lafayette 34 years ago. He married Mildred A. Todd on April 24, 1970, in Royal Center, and she survives. Mr. Ellison was a miller for White Lilly Foods and later worked in janitorial services at Lafayette Bank and Trust. He was a member of Pentecostal Church of God. Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Carolyn L. Mitchell (husband: Jim) of Flat Rock, Mich., and Debra K. Madon (husband: Jimmy) of Knoxville, Tenn.; a son, Dennis E. Ellison (wife: Mary) of Flat Rock, Mich.; a brother, Wiley Ellison Jr. of Downey, Calif.; and a sister, Hazel Hopper of Tazewell.
