Retha Zorn June 12, 1924-Nov. 17, 2006 story updated November 18. 2006 12:49AM Services have been set for Retha Zorn, 82, of Monroe, who died at 1 a.m. Friday in Medilodge of Monroe. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Rupp Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Lawrence Detruf, pastor of First Church of God, will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle. Born June 12, 1924, in Harrogate, Tenn., she was the daughter of Calvin and Cora (Burke) Owens. She married Arthur Zorn, May 1, 1943, in Deerfield. She moved from Tennessee in 1941. She worked at Willow Run during World War II. She was a member of First Church of God. Surviving are her husband; a son, Charles C. (Sharon) of Houghton Lake; a daughter, Barbara J. (Richard) Hurley of Monroe; a sister, Bobbie Turner of Monroe; eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by six brothers, Hubert, Issacc, Edward and three infants, and three sisters, Lillis Palmer, Susan Huffman, and an infant
