SHELBY, MR. DARRELL - age 45, of New Tazewell, was born on April 22, 1961 and passed away on August 8, 2006. He was a member and a deacon of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his: grandparents. He is survived by his: wife: Traci Shelby of New Tazewell, TN; children: Kayla and Roger Shelby of New Tazewell, TN; parents: Ruble and Hazel Shelby of New Tazewell, TN; sisters: Carol Fannon of Tazewell, TN, Jean and Rick Conner of Knoxville, TN; father-in-law & mother-in-law: Roger and Charlotte Carroll of New Tazewell, TN; sisters-in-law: Tina Farmer, and Teresa Carroll of New Tazewell, TN; brothers-in-law: Terry, Tony, and Todd Carroll of New Tazewell, TN; special friends: Clyde and Elizabeth Robertson of New Tazewell, TN; a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday, August 10, 2006 at the Claiborne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Friday, August 11, 2006 in the Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Reggie Large officiating. Music will be provided by the Cosby Family.
