Bruce A. Ellison, 31 HARROGATE, Tenn. - Bruce A. Ellison, 31, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 25, 2006. Born Sept. 7, 1974, in Middlesboro, he was the son of Lucille Ellison of Middlesboro, and the late Rev. James A. Ellison of Harrogate, Tenn. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, James E. Ellison, Harrogate; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Steve Hill, Harrogate, “Big Sis” Brenda Daniels, Tazewell, Tenn.; niece, Madison Ellison, Tazewell, Tenn.; nephews, Joseph Ellison, Tazewell, and Tanner Hill, Harrogate; special aunt, Ada Marshall, Springfield, Ohio; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 28, at Coffey Funeral Home, Harrogate Chapel, with the Rev. James Shoffner presiding. Music will be by Randall Massengill. Burial will be in Shoffner Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Hill, Harold Singleton, Rick Loop, Glenn Ellis, Audie Goodman, David Dilbeck. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Daniels, Joseph Ellison and Tanner Hill. The family received friends from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Coffey Funeral Home, Harrogate, Tenn., which is in charge of arrangements.
