YOUNG BONNIE BALTRIP Bonnie Baltrip, age 89, of Tazewell, was born August 5, 1917 and passed away September 3, 2006 at Claiborne County Hospital. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Robert Witt Ramsey and Nellie Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband: George Baltrip Sr.; brothers: Alton, Herman, Grover and Lloyd Ramsey; sisters: Ruby Ramsey and Hazel Ramsey. She is survived by her son: George and wife Lana Jo Baltrip; daughters: Mary Epperson and husband Larry all of Tazewell, Brenda Cain and husband Ronald of Morristown; brother: James Ramsey; sisters: Eula Ramsey both of New Tazewell, Opal Melfe of Port Washington, Ny; grandchildren: Todd Baltrip, Ryan Baltrip and wife Meagan, Joel Epperson, Tonya Epperson Miller and husband Donnie, Jason Lee, Jennifer Lee; great grandchildren: Gannon Southerland, Mazdyn and Maraya Miller; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services were Wednesday, September 6 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Pressnell and Rev. Ryan Baltrip officiating. Dana Munsey Bradley provided music by playing the trumpet. Claiborne Funeral Home in charge. BARBARA MARIE HALES Barbara Marie Hales, age 64, of Monroe, Mi, was born May 15, 1942 in Goin, Tn and passed away September 9, 2006 in her home. She was a member of True Gospel Missionary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Ervin T. and Geneva (Goin) Lynch. Survivors include her five children: Randy L. (Cindy) Hales of Belleville, Il, James D. (Sheri) Hales of Dearborn Heights, Mi, Tanya D. Lynch, Keina R. Hales and Jacki A. Hales all of Monroe, Mi; three brothers: Wally (Shan) Lynch of LaSalle, Mi, Ron (Ruth) Lynch and Larry R. (Jo Anne) Lynch both of Monroe, Mi; 14 grandchildren. Funeral services celebrating her life were Tuesday, September 12 at 5 p.m. in the Bacarella Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Fultz of Petersburg Missionary Baptist Church and Rev. RALPH LEE IRVIN Ralph Lee Irvin, age 65, of Speedwell, was born March 29, 1941 and passed away September 4, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospital in Lafollette. He worked at C.J. Hopper's Sawmill, retired coal miner from Jordan Brothers Coal and worked at Ernest Miller Timber and Sawmill. He was preceded in death by his parents: Al and Nellie Irvin. He is survived by his sons: Jimmy Irvin, Mike and wife Patricia Irvin, Marty and wife Brenda Irvin; grandsons: Justin and Cory Irvin; brother: Julius Irvin; sisters: Alberta Ausmus, Ellen Williams, Betty Jo Braden, Nettie Paul all of Speedwell; daughter: Stacey Harris; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. LEONA LYNCH Leona Lynch, age 94, of New Tazewell, was born September 28, 1911 and passed away at her home September 7, 2006. She was a very faithful member of Midway Baptist Church for 42 years. She was the daughter of the late John and Minnie Lynch. She was preceded in death by brothers: Charles Lynch, Rose Lynch, Thea Lynch, and Tivis Lynch; sisters: Roxie Drummonds, Martha Neely and Mae England. She is survived by several nieces and nephews; the membership of Midway Baptist Church; and a host of other relatives and friends. Gillis Noe, age 75, of Tazewell, was born February 10, 1931 and passed away September 2, 2006. He professed faith in Christ at an early age at Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He was a charter member of Little Valley Baptist Church in Tazewell. He was ordained at Cave Springs Baptist Church in 1967. During his ministry the churches he pastored included Red Hill Chapel Baptist Church in Harrogate, Brooks Memorial Baptist Church in Virginia, and Youngs Chapel Baptist Church in Tazewell. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son: Michael Lee Noe; father: Ed Noe; mother: Maggie Noe; brothers: Charles Noe and Joe Noe all of Tazewell. He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Clara Butcher Noe; daughter and son-in-law: Sharon and Wayne Daniels all of Tazewell; sons and daughters-in-law: Randy and Linda Noe of Sevierville, Ronnie and Trish Noe of Tazewell; grandchildren: Michael Wayne Daniels, Melissa Daniels Nole and Meagan Noe all of Tazewell, Amanda Noe Martin and spouse Daniel Martin of Seymour, April Johnson of Morristown; brothers: Henry Noe, Ray and Lorene Noe, Coy and Nettie Noe all of Tazewell, Doug and Mattie Noe of Morristown; sisters: Ruth Cook of Tazewell, Beatrice Creps of Muncey, In; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was the former owner of Reed's Restaurant in Harrogate. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a Veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Laura Wilmoth. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Ronald and Gerlene Wilmoth of Tazewell; daughter: Tonya Wilmoth of Melbourne, Fl; grandchildren: Adam Wilmoth, George Wilmoth, Heather Wilmoth and Mark Hall; sisters: Grace and Anna Mae; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
