I need help with Nancy and William. I'm trying to find William's date of death so I can order a death certificate. I've tried twice to have the Tennessee State Library search for it but they haven't found him through 1933. I know he is still alive in 1930 and living with his son Marion in Claiborne County TN. Also, his wife Nancy Manerva (Russell) Shoop died in 1924 in Claiborne County. Does anyone know where she is burried and if William is buried with her. I'm hoping his headstone will supply the necessary date for my search. William is my gg-grandfather and one of my brick walls. I really could use some help. Thanks, Jerry Philpot.
