He is the son of the late Edward Brooks and Linda Begley Brooks Brown. He was an active member of the Greasy Creek Baptist Church and a Kentucky Colonel. He was the owner and operator of C & D Trucking Company. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a great friend. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Faye Brooks. IRENE VICTORIA LEE BROWN Irene Victoria Lee Brown, age 83, formerly of Tazewell, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, March 23 at the home of her granddaughter, Sherri McMurry of Chuckey, Tn, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. Mrs. Brown was the widow of Jesse H. Brown. She was a devoted mother, and grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Lanthus Hill Baptist Church, where she attended as long as her health permitted. In addition to her husband Jesse H. Brown. She was preceded in death by; parents: David and Axie Green Lee.
