I find reference to a petition in 1803 for the prison and courthouse to remain at Tazewell in records. It indicated there is a list of signers. Apparently someone saw this list, because they extracted two names. Does anyone have this petition and the list of signers? Has it been published anyplace? Bobbi Estes
