MULLINS, MARTHA JANE, Hurst, age 78 of Morristown was born December 19, 1928 and passed away April 24, 2007 at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. She was a member of New Freedom Baptist Church of Morristown and worked at Hickory Springs for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, P.W. and Elsie West Hurst; sister, Jennie Mae Hurst; brother, A.G. Hurst; and grandson, Scotty Lynn Amos. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie Raye and Sheila Mullins of Tazewell; daughters, Linda Kaye and Ronald Long of Morristown; Shirley Faye Amos and James Mauk of Surgoinsville; grandchildren, David Raye Mullins, Carl Rosenbalm, Danielle Brooks, Eddie Lynn Hayes, Amanda Jane Hayes, Johnny Glenn Amos and Christy Faye Wood; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Ruby Lee Hayes of Tazewell; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday night at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in Morristown, with the Rev. Mike Morgan and the Rev. Tommy Louthan Sr. officiating. David Raye Mullins, Carl Rosenbalm, Eddie Lynn Hayes, John Brooks, Johnny Glenn Amos and Mark Woods will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Seth Pritchard.
