    2. James Willis (J. Will) Taylor Kerry J. Garrison James Willis (J. Will) Taylor, age 74 of Andersonville, formerly of Tazewell, was born Aug. 14, 1932 and passed away May 7. He was a graduate of Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky, veteran of the United States Army, served as co-chairman for Governor Winfield Dunn in Campbell County during his successful election campaign, worked for the State of Tennessee Office of Economic Opportunity during Governor Dunn's administration and taught and coached basketball at Jellico High School. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pricilla Cupp Taylor; father, Lewis Jerome Taylor; mother, Nora Dee Christen Taylor. He is survived by sister, Wilma Taylor Baird of Jellico; brother-in-law, J.C. Baird of Jellico; nephews, Jerome Baird and wife, Eleanor of Clinton, John Baird and wife, Connie of Jellico; niece, Jada Lynch of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several great nieces and nephews. A private graveside service was held at Hooper Cemetery. Coffey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Kerry J. Garrison, age 43 of Germantown, passed away May 5 as a result of a traffic accident. He was born Nov. 12, 1963 in Peebles, Ohio to the late Ernest and Bonnie (Baldwin) Garrison, Jr. He was employed with the Franklin Post office where he worked as a mailman. He was a graduate of VVHS class of 1982. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Julia (Heaton) Garrison and three brothers. He is survived by his son, David A. Garrison of Germantown; brother, Richard Garrison and wife, Laquita of Blue Creek, Ohio; sister, Brenda Garrison of West Liberty, Kentucky. Graveside services and interment were held on May 9 at Beeler Cemetery in Speedwell with Elder J.C. Monday officiating.
