Hobert Cecil Shelby Daniels Mary Lee Lynch Haralson Taylor Livesay Edna Maria Leach Nash MARTHA BRYANT Martha Viola Oaks Bryant was born July 5, 1917, and passed away May 5, 2007. She professed faith in Christ at an early age and faithfully attended Shawanee Baptist Church. She was a 50 year member and past Worthy Matron of Shawanee Chapter #436 Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by Roy Bryant her husband of 63 years; her parents: Madison and Pearlie Davidson Oaks; two brothers and five sisters. Survivors include her sons: Dean Bryant and wife Pat of Mineral Wells, Tx, Roy C. Bryant of Harrogate; grandchildren: Russell Bryant, Kim Bryant; great grandson: Colton Bryant, all of Hot Springs, Ak.; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends; special friend: Beverly Laws; caregivers and friends at Tri-State Nursing Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 9 at 1 p.m. at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Hansard officiating. Music by the Lawson family and a special song by Steve Gulley. Hobert Cecil Shelby Daniels, age 56, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 29, 2007 at his home in Ewing, Va. surrounded by his family and friends. He was called to preach in 1970 and ordained on May 18, 1974. He was a member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father: Jim Daniels; sister: Phyllis Langford Ramsey and brother-in-law Louis "Shorty" Langford; brother: Frank Daniels; sister-in-law: Judy Shoffner; grandson: Jaden Daniels; granddaughter: Hailey Daniels. MARY LEE LYNCH HARALSON Mary Lee Lynch Haralson, age 91, of Farragut passed away Saturday, May 5, 2007. Mary Lee was a founding member of St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, Farragut and was a former member of St. James Episcopal Church, Knoxville. She was a former president of the South Knoxville Lioness Club. She was preceded in death by her husband: John (Jack) Haywood Haralson Jr. of Brownsville, who was a retired attorney and vice president of Valley Fidelity Bank & Trust in Knoxville; parents: Edward Milton Lynch and Bertie Mae Shell Lynch; sister: Edna Mae Lynch Campbell; grandmother: Jennie Hirt Shell, former proprietor of the Shell Hotel in Tazewell; aunt: Lillie Shell Duncan. She was the loving mother of surviving children: John H. Haralson III of Farragut and Mary Janis Haralson of Lexington, Ky.; granddaughter: Elizabeth Haralson Buchanan of Lexington, Ky.; brother: James E. Lynch of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday May 9 at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, Farragut with The Rev. Matthew Dutton-Gillett officiating. A reception will follow at the church's Tharp Hall. Family and friends will gather at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Irish Cemetery in Tazewell for graveside services and interment. Bishop N. Ramsey, 88 years of Monroe, MI passed away Monday, May 7, 2007 at 7:15 AM at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. Bishop had been in poor health for 2 years. Bishop was born September 22, 1918 in Tazewell, TN the son of the late Albert Stephen and Della Mae (Standifer) Ramsey. On January 29, 1960 Bishop married Alice E. Oswald in Las Vegas, NV. Sadly she preceded him in death on February 8, 2004. Bishop worked as a Technician for Goodyear Aerospace in Litchfield Park, Arizona for 28 years retiring on September 29, 1979. Bishop served his country in the US Navy. Bishop is survived by his beloved daughter and son in law Wanda J. (Dale R.) Duffey whom he made his home with in Monroe, MI, twin brothers Floyd and Lloyd Ramsey both of FL, 2 sisters; Beatrice Ownby and Pauline Matthews both of TN, 2 cherished grandchildren and 4 cherished great grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents Bishop was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. There will no visitation or services, Bishop will be entombed next to his wife at Greenwood Memory Park in Phoenix, AZ.
