Born August 5, 1923, in Bell County, she was the daughter of the late Silas Hurst and Sinda Robbins Hurst. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Wilson; two sisters, Carrie Ingram and Virgie Hoskins; five brothers, Earnest, Rufus, C.J., Harvey, and Lonnie Hurst; and special friend, Paul F. Napier. Survivors include her only child, Shelia Myone Wilson Bailey and her husband C.F. Bailey; special niece, Patricia Scott; step-children, Hazel, Donald, Leo and Grant Wilson; and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services were Saturday, January 27 at 2 p.m. at Creech Funeral Home with Elder Kenneth Robbins presiding. Music provided by Primitive Baptist Church singers. Burial in the Turner Cemertery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bacarella Funeral Home, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday. The Revs. Gary Pickrell and Harold Raines, co-pastors of Monroe Full Gospel Church, and the Rev. Rick Massingill, pastor of Church of God Mountain Assembly, will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle. Born March 17, 1929, in Tazewell, Tenn., she was the daughter of Virgil and Mayme (O'Dell) Heath. She was a homemaker.
