Tom, I reckon dormant most of the time would be more appropriate but there's a few of us still out here. The Cheatham County Historical and Genealogical Association is presently working toward publication of a Family History Book through Turner Publishing Company. An individual can include his biography of up to 500 words and a photograph free. More than 500 words will cost you 15 cents each extra and if you want to include an extra photo that will cost you another 15.00. The book itself will cost you 52.50 - add $6.00 if you want it mailed. You may get a "how to" brochure by sending a request to the Cheatham County Historical and Genealogical Association at 233 North Vine Street, Ashland City, TN 37015. Pay no attention to the January 15 Deadline that the brochure indicates but it is imperative to get your bio/family history in as soon as possible.
