Joyce, I was so glad to see your recent post. I am also researching the STACK family of Cheatham Co TN and neighboring counties. I too know the names of many STACKS in the area, and it is hard to piece them together. If you are interested in more puzzle pieces, let me know, I have many! I see in my notes your J.F. STACK b.ca.1824 TN. His parents were born in SC. I have that Louis A. STACK (d.1940) and his wife Nancy E. STACK (d.1919) are buried in the Stack-Baggett Cemetery. I have information about descendants, as you probably do, too. But little on ancestors. My STACK Line: John STACK b.ca.1800 SC m. Elizabeth ___ b.ca.1810 SC Benjamin J. STACK b.ca.1837 TN m. Louisa MILES b.ca.1838 TN George Thomas STACK b.1864 TN m. Mary Belle PACE b.1875 TN They are my gr-grandparents. Let's keep in touch.
