I don't know if there is a connection or not: I have a Theressa A. HOOPER (other sources say Minnie HOOPER), census lists her as A., who was born around 1838 in TN. She married Silas H. WOODSON in Montgomery Co. in 1856. Two dau., Indiana and Ellen. Indiana WOODSON married William James HOLLIS Sr. of Cheatham Co. and had six kids in the Neptune, Cheatham Co. area. Any connections?
