This may be a long stretch, as Cheatham Co was Davidson Co in that time period. 1850 Davidson co census shows Patsy Lovell and several children with $600 worth of real property. Am I right in assuming that this was real estate, not personal property? Surely there are some deeds that can be traced back to this piece of land one way or the other. Thanks to anyone who can help.
