Reba, the parents of Judith Jane are John Baptiste and Jane Taylor Demonbreun. However I don't have dates either. This is one of my lines that I have just started to research. I have ordered a book from the Timothy Demonbreun Heritage Society on John Baptiste descendents in hopes that it will help fill in some of my blanks. Bettie

John, I don't have any of these names in my database. There is another "batch" of Harris in Cheatham County and this may be your line. There is a book on these Harris' in the library in Ashland City. Nola, I have a Archie L. Demonbreun 1832-1919 as the son of John Baptiste Demonbreun and Elizabeth Hollis. I don't have any other info on this Archie so don't know if he is the one who married Mattie Lee or not...Anyone have this info??? Reba

My Cheatham County Surnames are: Abernathy, Binkley, Carney, Demonbreun, Felts, Fortune, Hudgens, Mayo, Newman, Perry, Rediker, Simmons, Weakley and Williams. One of my brick walls is my great grandmother Lucy D. Williams who married Hardy C. Binkley 18 Dec 1884 in Cheatham County. Lucy born in 1863, died in 1922, is buried at the Oakwood United Methodist Church Cemetery. She and Hardy had property on what is now Red Binkley Road. The only other information that I have on Lucy is that she had a brother James Williams who was born around 1854. He lived with Lucy and Hardy. Bettie
