Robert Service wrote the poem "The Cremation of Sam McGee, it's one of my favorites. I used it last year for my Union County Halloween Special. It was published once in a Girl Scout's Campfire book. There was a community called Plumbtree outside of either Middle Tennessee State University or East Tennesse State University, I can't remember which, but it's one of those State University places. I suspect the Plumbtree in the poem was fictional though. Kind of a creepy poem isn't it! I enjoy a good bit of prose about burning dead corpses! <g> Chip
