Greeting all, I have received inquires from folks that expressed an interest in the nonprofit incorporation Charter, so I uploaded a sample that is under construction for the TNGenWeb. The Charter is based on Tennessee law and regulations, and therefore would not be applicable in any other state. The names and addresses of the Agents and of the Incoroprators are blocked out to protect their privacy. The corporate title (name of corporation) is incomplete because no final naming decision has been made by the TNGenWeb CCs. A Charter sets the direction and basic standards of the corporation and are the guidelines the Bylaws must follow. The Charter defines the corporation.
