    1. [TNCHAT] Burning Bridge Story
    2. Sorry, Chip, meant to send this to the list. Now, that's funny or senile, not sure which. Chip: Glad to hear from you, been kinda quiet lately. Dog Days of summer are a bummer. Is this Bridge Burning story true? Since visiting Maynardville.com, I'm not too sure. Sounds interesting, would like to hear more about it. Loved your webpages and those who haven't been there should pass "Go" and collect a lotta laughs and information. Maybe you really work the clubs in Nashville at night as a Stand Up or Sit Down Comedian? Otherwise, how do you have time to sleep or eat? I know, potato chips are portable and no one at the office notices all your naps. You are sooo young, I could be your Mom. :-) I pictured you as a spry older man with a great wit and the talent to use it. Being young with those qualities is OK too. Yep, Hubby and I are at the age when you start to deal with these "Old Age" things, like health problems and figuring out your retirement. I must say we do like to plan ahead, we look and act much older than we really are. The way things are going with the economy etc, I hope we end up somewhere with a wall plug and indoor plumbing. I still believe in Santa but the Golden Years is a bunch of baloney. I think that phrase got started when a fellow in a retirement home had a dream one night and a great sense of humor. Maybe he was an ancestor of yours? There is nothing funny about retirement these days. Wanna bail me out now that I have everyone crying? I gotta run, the tissue box is empty. Herrrrrre's Chipster! Oh, wanted to mention that I just saw the movie Straight Story. Great movie, Richard Farnsworth and Sissy Spacek. The amazing thing is that it's a true story about a guy named Alvin Straight. Anyone seen it? Changing the subject is always a good strategy in certain situations.
