Mari, If you put ketchup on the okra and close your eyes, while eating it, it taste a lot like fried oyster which ranks on a par with Vidalia Onion and Mayo sandwiches. Now if someone could only figure out what the best use for the liquid from the first boiling of Poke Sallet is................???? (Seems a waste just to throw it out--even Mikey don't like it) Rsp.
