Carter Co. TN Will Book 2 Page. 77. I, William Pugh, do make and publish this as my last Will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed with or may come first into hands of my Executor. Secondly. I give and bequeath to my wife Hester Pugh One year support and the usual Dower set apart for widows. Thirdly. I will give and bequeath to my son Zachary Pugh, Rachael Pugh, Sarah Treadway, Molly Treadway, Manerva Price, Nannie Pugh, Emma McKeehan and David Pugh, minors of my son David Pugh, Decd. an equal share in all of my lands after the widow's Dower is laid off, and after her death all equal disposition to be made between all the legates above named. Fourthly. I will and bequeath to each of the above named legates an equal share of all my personals after the widow's year's support is taken out. Lastly. I hereby appoint Jas. P. Price my Executor in Witness whereof I do set my hand this the 1st day of May 1880.
