While it doesn't give a list of those who died, it goes into great detail about all the fighting in the area. N.E. Tennessee was apparently a mixed area where alot fought for the Union and many for the South. I was shocked at how violent it was. The book is by Samuel Scott and Samuel Angel and was printed around 1903 so you might be able to find it in a libary. I bought mine at abebooks.com.
