I believe Drury Goodwin, son of Isham (1st gen) and unknown woman, brought the family to Elizabeth town/ Carter county from wilkes Co. North Carolina. Also some Duggers came along. One,Mary was married to Drury, and another, Celia Ann married their son, Lawson. Much later I am seeking information on a Campbell/Goodwin marriage between Boal Goodwin (Boal spelled many crazy ways) and an unknown Campbell.
