She married Charlie Oakes 9/26/08 in Washington County, TN. Oakes was convicted of killing Zeb Winters 08/5/21 and served 14 years in a North Carolina prison. Mary poss. divorced him and there is no mention of poss. of child. After prison, Charlie married Dorothy Gwyn in 1935 and they lived near Elizabethton. Mary died in 1960 in Tennessee.
