He was born sometime around 1815-1817 in Washington Co., Tennessee and died sometime after 1880. He was married to Lavinia, b. abt. 1818 in Kentucky. They were the parents of two children: James M. Fulkerson, b. abt. 1842 in Kentucky Sarah F. Fulkerson, b. abt. 1845 in Kentucky He was listed in the 1850 & 1860 U.S. censuses in Washington Co., Tennessee.
