A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of Jean Sholes Brooks, Maryville and the late Rudolph Brooks. She was a homemaker. Survivors are her husband, Richard Fleming, of the home; two sons, Allen Hall, Jonesborough, Ryan Fleming, Maryville; and one brother, Rudolph Brooks, Jr., Maryville. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. The graveside service for Mrs. Fleming will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 27 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Mr. Richard Moorhouse, Minister officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the funeral home at noon, Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary pallbearer will be Ryan Fleming. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to the American Liver Foundation, 5583 Murray Rd., Memphis, TN 38119.
