    3. It has been passed down in our family that the two unknowns buried there were the Fry men. I am the greatgranddaughter of Elizabeth Fry, daughter of Moses Lemuel Fry. In chapter 38 of Thrilling Adventures of Daniel Ellis, written by himself originally published in 1867 by harper and Brothers, pages 328-336 tells of the attack at Limestone Cove November 19, 1863. Chapter 40, page 348 tells of March 1864 when John Campbell, John Fry, and Eli Fry (perhaps my great-great grandfather) were killed by the same murderers. Dorothy Pagano of Lucy Harrell and Thomas B.
