We are now working on a revised edition which we hope to publish this fall or winter. We are adding new information, new photos and making corrections. Meanwhile, check with your library to see if they have the book or if they can locate one for you. Some of the libraries bought copies. I don't know where you live so I can't refer you to a likely library close to you. Robert
