In the book, Call Forth the Mighty Men, by Bob Womack (Bessemer, AL: Colonial Press, 1987). Womack writes that, when Tony Marion and Dan Crowe reprinted Thrilling Adventures of Daniel Ellis in 1974, they "came under some criticism from people who charge that the events [presented in the book] are overdrawn." Has anyone ever seen criticism of Marion and Crowe for reprinting Ellis' book? Thanks, Allen Allen W. Ellis Professor of Library Services W.
