Surnames: White/Reeves(Rives?)Hefley Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/EeB.2ACE/401 Message Board Post: I have an interesting query - I am researching a Henry White who married a Nancy Reeves (father John Reeves, mother "Polly") and they had daughter Mary Catherine White who married a Hefley in AR A Capt White is listed on the Emigration Roll - he later was in AR Nancy Reeves was supposedly Cherokee - I believe White was possibly one also. Mary Catherine shows up in AR around the Trail of Tears time and marries later a Hefley - All these names seem connected somehow.
