Thanks everyone for writing! I am trying to find out his parents names.Benjamin Drake had at least 4 sons & probably more children. Those known so far are: Issac,Jacob,Elijah & Abraham Drake.I believe his children were born in PA. before coming to Carter Co.,TN. Benjamin Drake was born in NJ.in 1729. Thanks to the DRAKE DNA Project(my cousin gave his sample) I have found out my branch of the Drake's are strongly connected to this Benjamin Drake who died at 98 in 1827.It's amazing to me he lived that long in the early 19th century!
