    3. There is a small cemetery on the property where the city sewage plant is located. I think there are three or four graves there, no inscribed stones, just filed stones. If you ask the people who work at the sewage plant they will show you where the cemetery is. There is also suppose to be an old Taylor cemetery, which has had all markers removed, located in that area on the other side of the road. I have never been shown exactly where it is. We have not found a Joshua Frasier. The best bet for the location of his grave is the Kitzmiller, Highland, Colbaugh or Wilson Cemetery for an unmarked grave. He died September 24, 1849 in Carter County. I had someone look up in some of the old published cemetary books for Carter county but they could not find him listed. I appreciate the historical markers at the intersection and the cemetery is always a beauty to look at. I live a few counties away, but I am always impressed and try to at least drive by. You all keep it very pretty. I also understand the frustration when cemeteries start falling apart and one lives too far away to actually do the maintenance. Taylor, you show him marrying Eleanora Simmons April 19, 1913 in Hawkins County, TN. Are you sure that this is not his death date? He would've been 58 years old which would've been quite old for a first marriage and I can't find any info about any descendants nor any info about her. I also can't find any info as to his death date and wonder if the 1913 date might be it in actuality? His grave marker shows only his name and no dates. This is highways 321, 67 and 91. The cemetery is located to the back of Krystals beside of Tractor Supply. We just finished mowing the cemetery about 1 hour ago. A group of people that call ourselves the Green Hill Preservation Committe have restored the cemetery and have maintained for about five years.
