His name is James Early Riggs. He was born in Yuma, Tennessee and was living in McKenzie, Tennessee when he passed away. His parents names were John & Jennie Belle Moon Riggs. His siblings are: Buford, Undean, Floyd, Lewis and Inlow Riggs. All passed away now. He has 3 sisters still living: Evelyn Riggs of Buena Vista, Lorene Evans of Collinsville, Illinois, and Velma Mitchell of Erin, Tennessee. I am also searching for information on my maternal grandfather, Wilbert Ted Herndon. He was born in Parsons, Tennessee to Jessie Allen Herndon & Lula Mae Herndon. They were both born in Parsons, Tennessee as well. Jessie's parents are believed to be Charlie & Mittie Herndon. Lula's parents are believed to be Will & Esther Stinson.
