This is NOT a virus, but it is a hoax. The SULFNBK.exe is part of your Windows program for naming files. Go to www.google.com and enter "virus hoax" including the quotation marks. One of the first listings you will find is for Symantec, which is Norton Anti-virus list. Click on this, and then on the page that comes next, scroll down the blue list until you see SULFNBK.exe. Click on this, and it will explain everything. Again, this is not a virus, but you can make you computer less useful if you delete this .exe file.
