J. M QUINN married S. L. GREEN on Feb 14, 1887 in Carroll County. They had two children, Bertha and Dennis. S. Lee GREEN died prior to 1893, and James QUINN remarried Susan Albina BARLOW. They had one daughter, my great grandmother Myrtle Essie QUINN. She was born January 13, 1896. Her father died before her 1st birthday. The children from the first marriage went to live with S. Lee's sister and her husband. They were found on the following census: Carroll County,Tn. Federal Census 1900, Civil District No. 21, Atwood Enumerated 1 June 1900 by W. J.
