His parents unknown b?, d @1874-6 when my g-grandmother, Mandy Malear, was 4 or 5 and her brother, Lee was 5 or 6 m Baker, Julia A., on 4/29/1868, married in or first lived in Sharon, TN. Her parents unknown b @ 1850-1860? d @ 1874, died in premature childbirth when Mandy was 3/4 & Lee was 4/5. 2 children--Lee & Mandy Malear--both below Simmons, Lee b @ 1869 (based on when parents were married and younger sister was born), d? Taken in by another family but was not adopted when parents died. m --, Lou, in Lake Co 5 children--Annie, Alvin, Arthur, Jimmy (same age as Madria Mae Ivie), Myrtle (died young & buried close to ggranddaddy Bennett) Simmons, Mandy Malear (Mammy, Malaria/Maliria/Malarie/Maliar) b 10/3/1870, TN, Weakley Co close to Dresden d 11/2/1924, buried at Olive Branch Cemetery along w/ 4 of her children Adopted by Paschall Roberts & his wife Martha Wyatt when parents died. m Bennett, William Lee, between 1885-1890 8 children--Lea A., Bertha E., William A., Virgie F., Novie A., Madria Mae, Bessie F., James V. m Lamar, J. H., on 12/9/1915; no children; J.H. Lamar was a Mason; Mammy then became an Eastern Star. Good luck! Sylvia
