They were married in Hardin County in 1868 and moved up to Weakley County before 1880, in the McKenzie area. Eli was a private in Co. B 34th Conf Inf and Mary's brother (William) was a corporal in the same company. I have Eli and Mary's pension applications and will send them to the website. Their children are Author (Arthur?)(b. 1868), Marcus (b. 1870), Willie (b. 1873), Wilkens (b. 1875), Lula (b. 1879), Albert Sidney (b. 1883), and Eva (b. 1886). Author married Louisa (last name unknown); Albert married Erma Black; Marcus married Eulalie Verdell and moved up to Paris. Author and Albert stayed near McKenzie and one of them opened a grocery store. It also appears they worked for the railroad. Be glad to share any information. Would love to see any pictures. Richard

They are Elisha (Eli or ET) Travis Johnson and his wife, Mary Elizabeth. I will be going to Clarksville for Thanksgiving and if anyone can confirm their tombstones are still in the cemetery I will drive down there and take pictures and a rubbing.     3. Looking for ancestors/siblings/descendants of my gggrandmother, Susan V. Young b. 7 May 1832 Tn. and m. Anderson Bird Randolph in Franklin Co., Il. 10 Aug 1854. His family migrated from I believe Bledsoe Co., Tn. in the late 1840's to Saline Co.,Il. Any help appreciated. I do not know parents or siblings; I think perhaps she might have had a brother named Benjamin S., but am not sure. She's my brick wall. Are there any Young descendants out there? Emily Florence Porter Burns was my ggrandfather's brother's daughter. Florence was born 5/24/1856 and died 6/18/1934. She married 12/19/1872 to Abner Taylor Burns born 10/25/1848 and died 9/20/1917. I also know their children and their children, if you would like more info.
