    2. I have compiled several books on the History of Putnam County, Tennessee and I have several pictures and information from a Mr. Robert Stanley Cawthon, not much of anything about the Cawthon family, but quite a bit about related families such as: Peek, Taylor,Warren, Boatman and Crawley. If interested I will be happy to share as my time permits. Also I do have a new book on thei area that will be out very shortly. Thanks, Mary ----- Original Message ----- From: "Frances Simmons" <fs.rooster@verizon.net> To: <TNCANNON@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, May 21, 2007 8:49 AM Subject: [TNCANNON] James L. 3. Hi Frances, I don't have much on this family but my great grandmother was Dave Cawthon's second wife. Her 1st husband, James McBride, died leaving her with 2 small children. She married Dave Cawthon (after the death of his 1st wife) and he helped raise my grandmother, Sarah McBride (Sissom) and her sister, Thirsa McBride (Gilley). My mother used to talk about Dave's daughters, Anna, Adaline and Mandy. I would be interested in more info on this family if you are willing to share. Thanks!
