Does anyone on this list do look-ups on Cannon County Criminal Court Records. I recently found an article in "The Liberty Herald" May 15, 1895 giving the details of the arrest of Annie Blancet who was suspected of the crime of drowning a child. A child's body was found by some fishermen on Horse Spring Fork near Burt. The article says Annie Blancet was arraigned before J. J. Davis, who bound her over to the next term of Circuit Court. She was in the Cannon County jail at the time of the article. I believe Annie was a niece of my gggrandfather and would like to have more information about what happened in this instance.
