Partlow. p.14 Alexander Inglish versus John Rodgers, William Rodgers, James Rodgers, Jane Rodgers, Alexander Morgan and wife Catherine, Henry Rodgers, William Rodgers, and Elizabeth Rodgers. On 2 Jan 1843, the complainant executed to John Rodgers, the ancestor of defendants a deed of trust to secure a debt. A tract of land is to be sold to satisfy the debt. 8 Sep 1849. The said John Rodgers left his widow, Elizabeth, and his children who are the defendants in this cause. 8 Sep 1849. (Minutes Book 1840-1852, p.170-174). p.15 Alex Morgan and others versus Elizabeth Rodgers and others. The Clerk is to hear proof and report back the value of the slaves. 7 Mar 1850. (p.183-184). p.16 Alexander Inglis versus William Rodgers, John Rodgers, Alexander Morgan and wife Catherine, James Rodgers, Jane Rodgers, Henry Rodgers, William Rodgers, and Elizabeth Rodgers. The original indebtedness of complainant to John Rodgers, the ancestor of defendants was one hundred dollars. 7 Mar 1850. (p.202-203). p.17 James Rodgers and others versus Elizabeth Rodgers, Sr. and others. 5 Sep 1850. (p.233-234). p.39 Lucinda Green versus Polly Ann Green. Petition in case of lunacy. The said Polly Ann Rodgers is an idiot and utterly incapable of managing her own affairs with safety to herself and others. She has an undivided interest in 200 acres and others property as well. Ellis Williams and Lydia Ann (Nunley) are her children. The court decrees that Lucinda Green be appointed guardian of said Polly Ann Rodgers. 5 Oct 1857. (Minutes Book 1853-1861, p.184-195). p.53 Jackson Hunter and wife versus Polly Rogers and others. The bill is taken for confessed. 4 Oct 1860. (Minutes Book 1853-1860, p.452). p.54 Jackson Hunter and wife versus Polly A. Rogers and others. The Clerk is to determine the amount needed for the board, care and attention needed for the said Polly A. Rogers and Lydia A. Nunley. 4 Oct 1860.
