Kevin, thank you. I have the other pension application for Willaim Phillips and it was a different William. As far as I know there was only one William C. in Cannon Co. This has got to be mine. He's probably buried in an unmarked grave in Cannon Co. I also bought Jess's wonderful Cemetery book. He and his wife did an outstanding job collecting all the information.
